The
Process
Dealing with any recruiter is a straightforward business
relationship. Here is a general outline of the process.
When we contact you, we will provide you with a general
description of the position, compensation and geography.
The name of the company is generally not divulged in the
first discussion; their confidentiality is maintained as
closely as yours is.
If mutual interest is established in this discussion, we
will arrange for a more detailed meeting. This may take
place in person, but is usually conducted over the
telephone. Specifics of the position ,are given and more
detailed information about you is gathered. If mutual
interest continues, your package will be forwarded to the
client for their review.
We will produce the resume for you, adapting it to our
format. Therefore you should not delay in
forwarding resume information to us; no
particular formatting is necessary on your part.
We will maintain contact with you throughout the process,
including after you are hired. We can help answer your
questions, schedule meetings and expedite all phases of the
process.
You will be kept fully informed of the client's impressions
and intentions. You should likewise be candid with us about
your feelings and impressions, allowing us to work as a
liaison.
